		<description>Thanks for sharing Jay.  There are benefits to practicing every habit - the healthy ones and the unhealthy ones.  We quickly recognize when something feels good - whether consciously or unconsciously - and we do it again (and again).  Unconscious eating can be very habit forming and it takes a conscious effort to choose ways to destress that don&#039;t involve excessive eating, sleeping, gambling, drinking, etc.  Awareness is always the first step.  Sounds like you&#039;re aware.  What&#039;s the next step for you?  Thanks again for sharing.  Cheryl</description>
