Love this post. I too have noticed how connected my moods are with my healthful living routines. One thing that has helped me is that I've worked on not judging my "moods." I used to feel like I screwed up again when I was in a bad mood, and that I "should" feel balanced all of the time. Now I try to embrace what I'm feeling and adjust what might be contributing to my funk. (Easier said than done of course!). Balancing the not-judging with the healthy actions usually does the trick.

Beth - I do too! So emotional at times. There's a gift in that too. Sensitive people see and feel things that others don't. Perceptive. I know you are......

This is just what I was reminded of this past weekend at Leadership training. I must master my emotions BEFORE I make a decision. I have a lot of work to do on that one!

Kathleen - I'm glad we got you hooked up with the wellness pack. Good luck with your weight loss vision.

Lena - I love what you've said about living a wellness livestyle to your core - so important. Great to add that you're not obsessing about wellness - obsesions can go bad. I love your last sentence. You'll go far in life (and in business) with this approach.

This was a great post and an excellent reminder of something I read somewhere once. Essentially, the writer was saying that when you are a slave to your moods, you can never expect to build a successful business because REAL, TRUE successful companies require leaders who will lead no matter what or step out of the way and let someone else lead if they feel they can't. Whoa. That's a kick in the pants!

My positive actions are a total focus on overall wellness at my core. I'm not obsessing about wellness, but I'm thinking more and more along those lines and I find that having a wellness lifestyle is infiltrating everything I do -- in a good way!

I have been unable to log in to get the FREE Wellness Pack and 7 Lessons - I keep geting a message to go to the confirmation e-mail and click on the link. But it still doesn't work. Is that no longer available to me?

I sorely need to lose weight, to rid myself of lots or clutter, and to stop procrastinating.
