I made fish for dinner tonight. I don’t much like fish but I know it’s good for me and I try to make myself eat it now and then. I was surprised how good it was. Here’s how I prepared it….and will definitely prepare it again, and again.
One pan, one plate. Easy clean up and delicious.
How do you feel about eating fish? What’s your favorite way to cook it? Comment at the link below.

Love fish – even the fish that has the risk of mercury . . . I limit myself, though.
I like your recipe, but I think that some of the fore-suggested fennel would be divine on the tilapia instead of the cilantro to change it up.
Fresh Pacific Salmon is great cooked on the grill, and yippee, it’s grill season!
Oh, good idea about the fennel. Keep the fish ideas coming. I need them!
I love making talapia (or other light fish) in a pan, cover with a mix of sour cream and tomatos, then baked until done. So fresh and light! Don’t forget to check your fish choices with seafood watch for sustainability.
What’s the website for the seafood watch – that’s a good idea Dani.
I bake tilapia from frozen at 375 for about 30 minutes. Dillon’s has a bag that has individual frozen pices in it which makes portion control real easy. Before cooking I sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Very easy and very good.
Thanks Claudia – I’m going to check out that bag of frozen tilapia. I like the portion control packaging.
