Controlling Your Risk for Heart Disease & Stroke


Did you know that you can control many of the risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease.  True, some risk factors you cannot control.  But don’t let that stop you from dramatically improving your heart health by controlling what you can control.  It makes sense.  Here’s a brief summary of what you can and cannot control: 

Risk Factors You Can Control or Treat
